If you are experiencing strange problems, and you do not have the latest version of your
browser, we recommend that you upgrade, then try again.
If you have the latest version, and are having problems not related to ordering, please see
"Reporting Problems" below.
Problems in Ordering
If you are experiencing problems with not being able to get your selected titles to appear on
Step 2 of the order form from Step 1 of the order form, this is probably due to your browser
"cookies" being disabled.
To use this option, you will need to go into your browser/internet options and enable cookies.
Cookies are only used to store selected titles, no other information is recorded. This sites
cookies are only activated if you select a title to order, and then are automatically deleted
when you close your browser.
Reporting Problems
We would like to know if you are experiencing site problems so that they can be corrected. If
you would like to report a problem, please follow instructions below:
Collate the following information in an email:
- the browser you are using
- the version of this browser
- the site page with which you are having the problem
- a description of the problem, with as much detail as possible
- any other information you would like to add
- your email address (only if you have no objections to receiving a reply)
